This Privacy Policy explains how Gymigo LLC d/b/a Middle Man Academy (“Middle Man Academy”) collects and uses your information.

1. What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number (if provided) and any messages you send us.
• Purchase information: what you bought and when. Card payments are processed by Commas. We never see or store your full card number.
• Site data: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited. Our pages also save small pieces of information in your own browser (local storage) to pre-fill your name and email on later checkout steps and to remember the offer timer. You can clear this anytime in your browser settings.

2. How we use it

• To process orders and give you access to your products
• To provide support and send important account and billing messages
• To send updates and offers, if you’ve agreed to receive them (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To improve our products and website
• To meet legal obligations and prevent fraud

3. Who we share it with

• Commas, our checkout, payment and course-delivery provider
• Telegram, if you join our community group (Telegram’s own privacy policy applies there)
• Service providers that help us run the business (for example email or hosting), only as needed
• Authorities, when the law requires it

We do not sell your personal information.

If you give us your phone number and agree to texts, we may send messages about your order or our programs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as you have an account or as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

6. Your choices and rights
