Refund Policy

Effective October 18, 2026

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s exactly how refunds work.

One-time products

This covers the Digital Middleman Method, the Starter Kit, the AI Business Launch Vault, the AI Website Starter Pack, the Client Acquisition Accelerator and the Organic Client Finder Kit.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the email you used at checkout and what you bought. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days, all one-time sales are final.

Weekly subscriptions

This covers the Middleman Launch Lab and the Middleman Community.

• Free trial: cancel before your 7-day trial ends and you won’t be charged.
• After the trial: you can cancel anytime from your Commas account or by emailing us. Canceling stops future charges. Weekly payments already made are not refunded, and you keep access until the end of the paid week.

Abuse

We may deny refunds where there’s clear abuse, such as downloading all materials and requesting a refund repeatedly. If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us, we may close your access to all products.
