Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Gymigo LLC d/b/a Middle Man Academy (“Middle Man Academy,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or buying any product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

2. What you’re buying

Our products are digital education: recorded courses, templates, worksheets, prompts, live group sessions and access to an online community. They teach business concepts and skills. They are not a business, a franchise, a job, or a done-for-you service, and we do not supply you with customers, service providers or income.

3. Payments and access

Payments are processed by Commas, our checkout and payment provider. After purchase, Commas emails you a link to access your products. You’re responsible for keeping your login private.

4. Subscriptions and free trials

The Middleman Launch Lab and Middleman Community are weekly subscriptions. If your plan includes a 7-day free trial, you won’t be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After that, your card is charged the listed weekly price every 7 days until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Commas account or by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL]; cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Your license

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. You may not share your login, resell, republish, or distribute our content, templates or recordings.

7. No guaranteed results

Results depend on your effort, skills, market, budget and many other factors. We don’t guarantee customers, income or profit. Please read our Earnings Disclaimer.

8. Your business is your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the business you build, including choosing service providers, your agreements with them and your customers, and getting any licenses, permits, registrations or insurance your industry and location require. Nothing we teach is legal, tax or financial advice.

9. Community and live sessions

Be respectful. No harassment, spam, or selling to other members without permission. We may remove anyone from the community or live sessions for breaking these rules, without a refund. Live session times may change; recordings are provided when available.

10. Our content

All course materials, branding and website content belong to Gymigo LLC d/b/a Middle Man Academy and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

11. Disclaimer and limit of liability

Our products and website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs that come from your business, your use of our materials, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use our products after a change means you accept it.
